Terms of Service

By using Aeon Dialer, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who We Are

Aeon Dialer ("we", "us", "our") is a private encrypted calling application. You can contact us at aeon@aeondialer.in. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aeon Dialer application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aeon Dialer. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You sign in to Aeon Dialer using your Google account. You are responsible for:

Your Aeon ID is a unique anonymous identifier assigned to your account. It is separate from your Google identity and is what others use to reach you within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Aeon Dialer only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

5. Plans and Subscriptions

Aeon Dialer offers the following plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play Billing. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

Unused minutes do not carry over to the next billing period. Minutes reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment card details or billing address. Subscription charges appear on your Google Play account.

Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at aeon@aeondialer.in and we will assist you with your Google Play refund request.

7. Encryption and Privacy

All calls made through Aeon Dialer are encrypted end-to-end. We do not record, store, or have the ability to intercept call audio or video. Our encryption design means that we cannot provide call content to any third party, including law enforcement, even if compelled.

However, we do store account data (your Google email, Firebase UID, Aeon ID, usage minutes, and subscription status). This data may be subject to lawful requests from authorities. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

Aeon Dialer is not a replacement for emergency services. Do not use this app to contact emergency services (police, fire, ambulance). Always use your regular phone for emergencies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Aeon Dialer name, logo, and all associated branding are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission. The app and its underlying technology are proprietary — you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account cancels any active subscription at the end of the current billing period and permanently removes your data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aeon Dialer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
